We are pleased to welcome Lenci Kadavil as our newest Associate in our Calgary office. After graduating from law school, Lenci started his legal career at a large international corporate law firm, later moved to a medium sized national firm, and then a small full service firm. Lenci joins Parlee McLaws in October 2018 after working in-house with a property and casualty insurer providing him with an insider’s perspective of how best to service insurance companies. Lenci primarily practices within the full spectrum of civil litigation. He also has experience in corporate/commercial, wills & estates, class actions, criminal and family law related matters. Lenci has been successful in several cases which include, but is not limited to: applications, bail hearings, pre-trial conferences, administrative tribunal hearings, and trials. He has also done appeal work on several files and has experience with trials at both the Provincial Court and the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench. Lenci completed a Bachelor of Science in engineering at the University of Calgary, with a minor in management. Lenci graduated from Toronto’s Osgoode Hall Law School. During his studies, he was the treasurer of the York Debating Society and also belonged to the Osgoode Debating Society. Lenci places his client’s needs first and foremost and strictly adheres to his duty of zealous advocacy.
