Experience

Samir became an Associate at Parlee in 2024. He completed his articles with the firm after pursuing a clerkship with the Alberta Court of Justice in Edmonton. Prior to attending Law School, Samir received a Bachelor of Commerce and a Certificate in Interdisciplinary Leadership from the University of Alberta. During law school, Samir served on the editorial committee of the Alberta Law Review and competed in the Sopinka Cup trial advocacy competition.

Samir maintains a general litigation practice. He also assists with general corporate law matters.

Outside of the office, Samir enjoys socializing with friends on summer patios, watching movies, and playing basketball. Samir is also passionate about traveling and has explored countries such as Indonesia, Turkey, Jordan, and Kyrgyzstan.
