Experience

Zoë is a graduate of the University of Alberta’s joint MBA/JD program and joined Parlee McLaws in 2025. She brings experience in corporate and commercial law, real estate, and general solicitor’s work.

Currently, Zoë focuses on transactional matters and corporate reorganizations, which includes business purchases and sales, new business incorporations and lending, and securities work.

Zoë regularly relies on both her law degree and her MBA to build relationships with business owners and help them navigate all aspects of their organization. She is happy to advise both large and small business owners on the issues that arise in their day-to-day operations.
