Shale maintains a solicitor’s practice with an emphasis on real estate, wills and estates, business law, and start-ups. He has assisted clients with the sale and purchase of businesses, commercial buildings, and agricultural properties. He has provided complex estate planning advice for business owners and families, and worked alongside administrators, executors, trust companies, and financial professionals on comprehensive aspects related to the planning and administration of estates. With respect to real estate, Shale has represented purchasers, sellers, and lenders on residential, commercial, and land transactions, and maintains a busy real estate practice supporting clients in Alberta that include investors, multi-family and residential builders, and commercial property owners.
